En Fuego Construction was established in 2012. The principals of the company have over 70 years of combined experience in the residential and commercial construction industry. Through this longevity in the local market, we have been able to enjoy solid working relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. Our excellent reputation has been gained by the loyal efforts of our employees who contribute to every facet of our business.
Our construction crews are led by seasoned superintendents in addition to qualified craftsmen, skilled workers, and general construction workers that self-perform work onsite.
Our goals are to serve all our customers in their efforts to be competitive, provide high quality finished products, and achieve success. Services provided include residential and commercial framing. We focus a great deal of effort on processes to ensure quality, accuracy and efficiency, and work closely with each contractor’s team of professionals to accomplish that. EnFuego Construction understands that “time is money” and we strive to make every contractor’s experience a smooth and productive one. With our team of skillful and experienced framing crew members, rest assured that we will deliver a quality build that is completed in an efficient, professional manner.

Owners
George McKinley
George M. McKinley is the founder and Managing Partner of En Fuego Construction. He guides all aspects of operations with an emphasis on corporate strategy, customer relations and business development. He makes it a priority to ensure that En Fuego’s customers and employees have a quality experience at every point.
George started his construction career as a laborer with a large company in 1983, and for the next 29 years he went from a laborer to a leadman, estimator, and then transitioned to General Manager of the Tucson Market. During this time, George played a major role in the company’s operational transition to become a self-supplied lumber, hardware, truss and wall panel company.
In 2012 George embarked on a lifelong dream of owning and operating his own company, and along with his business partner, Dave Lester, started En Fuego Construction. They wanted to create a culture that would garner the reputation of southern Arizona’s premier framing company, and simultaneously strive to have a family like environment where we can get after it every day and have fun doing it.
COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
George’s community support includes Habitat for Humanity Organization of Tucson, The Kyle Franks Foundation, Arizona Construction Trades fundraising events, Southern Arizona Home Builders Association and Arizona Builders Alliance. George has most recently become an advocate of the 2nd Chance program that helps recently incarcerated men and women of the Greater Tucson Metro area who are reentering the work place by offering open positions within the company, and training unskilled workers that want an opportunity to learn a trade and grow with a company that has opportunities to advance.
